Hi Guys,
Updating my setup to Mavericks with some trepidation!
Gigabyte G41M-ES2L & Q8300, with Geforce 9500GT HDMI card & SSD. Pretty sweet system, been reliable through MANY versions.
Spent a wee while staring at a rebooting machine, and found a few disparate notes which helped:
1. Followed the instructions & eventually got the installer running with the command line options:
-v PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=Yes
2. Booted from USB stick again & chose SSD to boot from many times before it worked with just a simple:
-x
3. Post-Install used Multibeast 6 and dibbled about trying to remember what the options were last time!
Without DSDT, chose the attached mb settings, LAN is OK, 889 chosen but no sound, but I have an external USB7.1 box, so not important. If it were I'd keep trying, but let's face it I got bored rebooting!
