Hello to everyone,
I purchased a brix new generation BSI7T-6500 / BSITHT-6500 with thunderbolt3 support. I would like to share with you my progress and need help to clean my installation to be perfect.

Computer's Specs:
Brix BSI7HT-6500
16x2 Crucial sodium DDR4 2133
256 hard Disk m-sata SAMSUNG
Bios F2 with thunderbolt enabled (to enable thunderbolt need to flash from Win10)

I think this guide works also with BSI5HT-6200, and version without SATA disk

work:

- Bluetooth 4.2
- Usb 3.1 (hdmi support, usb3)
- Thunderbolt 3 (thunderbolt2 adapter tested)
- Power management (I use smcfancontroll to reduce fan speed to 2600rpm)
- Reboot
- Shutdown
- Wake/sleep
- Audio (HDMI audio codec support, microphone, headphone)
- Lan fixed (Remved IntelMausiEthernet.kext and use IntelE1000e.kext fix shutdown)

doesn't work:
- Memory card reader
- Internal Intel Wifi (no MWI support for the moment)

Bios Section:
To enable osx thunderbolt use in thunderbolt section legacy mode.

Clover version: 4035

I have started GitHub public:

I hope somebody help me with shutdown. I have no info to resolve this problem.

thank in advance

I think it is a device attached to your computer, messing with the system shut down process. You can try removing each one by one.

the system want shutdown with all usb removed. only bluetooth mouse.
If I reboot and shutdown immediately all goes good

You mean, if you remove all USB devices, the shutdown process goes normal??

excuse me, the system doesn't shutdown with all usb removed.
The system shutdown only If I reboot and shutdown immediately

I found the issue. IntelMausiEthernet.kext cause the crash when the cable is plugged. For now workaround use usb LAN and shutdown go correctly

Well, I'd like to buy this machine for using hackintosh.
Wish you can reslove all problems.

Is the internal wifi card replaceable? if so have you thought about replacing it with a version that works with the mac os? like this one: Dell DW1560 Broadcom BCM94352Z M.2/NGFF

The WIFI is with Bluetooth. So you can substitute all two chipset.

I'm thinking of getting the brix but I need wifi to work as well so thank you for confirming that the chips are substitutable. Are you happy with your brix?

Currently I'm using an intel nuc i5 fifth gen that supports the internal wifi/bluetooth card. I wish the newer intel nucs supported internal wifi/bluetooth card but they do not.
