Gigabyte B550 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + AMD Ryzen 7 3700X + AMD RX 5600 XT

@casey may could you check path for amd taht could optimize video in general ?
Not sure I understand the question. Are you asking which AMD GPU provides the best video encoding/decoding performance for Final Cut Pro X?

Hello,
I installed Big Sur yesterday and I'm having trouble logging in to iCloud. I enter my AppleID and password, I get a verification code on my iPhone, I confirm it and then it says this:
Screen Shot 2020-10-14 at 22.08.00.png

I also tried to generate new data in PlatformNVRAM, resetting NVRAM doesn't help. AppleStore login works normally.
My configuration is: B550 Vision D, Ryzen 3900X, RX 5700XT, with EFI 0.62 from attachment.
On my another hack PC with Intel and SMBIOS my AppleID works OK.
Would anyone know how to fix this?

Otherwise, of course thank you very much CaseySJ for a great guide.

I encountered this on my ASRock X570 Taichi and was unable to find a solution. This was a couple of weeks ago so I can try again soon. Meanwhile, try the usual steps:
  • Log out of iCloud
  • Check System Preferences --> Network for the presence of en0
  • Confirm that your serial number has not been taken by someone else:
  • Go to iCloud.com, sign in and delete your new Hackintosh from Settings
  • Then reboot the Hackintosh and log back into iCloud
There's no guarantee this will work, but it seems like a reasonable first step.

I've tried it all and it doesn't help.
I also tried to create a new AppleID and then it writes me this:

Zdenek.

It is so obvious that your serial number, defined in config.plist, is blacklisted.

Of course I tried to generate new ones SN and it still doesn't work.

He only does it on Big Sur. If I install Catalina on same HW and same EFI, logging in to iCloud works normally.

So I haven't tried to clear install Big Sur again ...

So I solved it, it was necessary to set device en0 key "built-in" to 1.

Zdenek.
