Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro wifi + i9-900k What is the best Compatible GPU

I have
Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro wifi
Core i9-9900K
Samsung SSD Plus 970 512

for now I am using the internal GPU HUD 630
I wanna buy a graphic card compatible with these specs and easy to install and get it working
I am thinking about RTX 5700 XT and RX 580
and does it matters if it Gigabyte or Asus?

IDK your GPU needs, but check around the site for user experiences with that card, especially if you're going to run Mojave. FWIW, I've had great results with the Sapphire Pulse RX-580, but they may be rare. I use mine in "compute" mode.
