Hi. My Build is

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon Vega56
Ram: Gskill Trident-Z 3200Mhz 4x8 GB
Nvme: Samsung 960 Evo 500GB - Samsung 970 Evo 1TB
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB

My problem : Everything is working good. I patch all USB port with Hackintool and USBInjectAll.kext. My MOBO have Type-C port (Supported Thunderbolt 3) on back panel. But the thunderbolt driver is not loaded when I look at the system report. It doesn't show up in the PCI tab either. I attach the details as a screenshot. I'm waiting for your help.

Thunderbolt ports aren't really natively supported. Check out this thread for a ton of info on getting thunderbolt to work.

The "No drivers are loaded" message does not mean Thunderbolt does not work. Have you actually tried to use any Thunderbolt devices? You may have to connect the Thunderbolt device to the Thunderbolt port before turning on the computer.

For Kaby Lake systems like yours the Thunderbolt may need to be "activated" before use, meaning that you have to load Windows and install the Thunderbolt drivers in Windows before the Thunderbolt is usable in both Windows and MacOS.

@Guitarist I also have a Z270X-Gaming 7 mainboard, but it's not currently in use. Don't have any Thunderbolt devices to test, but you can try this SSDT which is supposed to turn on the NHI device.
