The monitor is working fine.
But system does not show G/B as HD6870. It shows "ATI Radeon HD 6xxx 1024 MB" on System Report or About This Mac window.

And also, the DVD Player app won't work.

You don't need this.
AtiConfig = Gibber
AtiPorts = 5

Thank you, powerpcg5.
I added these parameters after reading those topics.
Now I deleted these parameters, but it does not work.
System shows "ATI Radeon HD 6xxx 1024 MB" still.

Try a MacPro 3,1

How is your monitor connected to your computer? If you use DVI and get a black screen try the other port only one should work.

Thank you, maaxk.

Both DVI ports work fine. No black screen.
And also HDMI port works fine except HDMI sound.
Somehow I cannot find "HDMI/DisplayPort Output" at Audio(Internal) on System Report window.

Any suggestion?
