FYI, I have the same issue on my 630 too.

Seems like recent web drivers have some problem inside of them

Imac 13.1 late 2012 - smbios, i have gigabyte gt 640 2gb ddr3 oc. No inject , no nvidia drivers=1, web drivers=yes in clover.

The GT 640 works out of the box with full acceleration with native drivers and NO injection.
