GC Alpine Ridge Reboot After Shutdown

I have a GC alpine ridge pci card which works fine on GA X99 UD4.
BUT everytime I shutdown down my computer and seconds later it reboots. It seems the power did cut off after shutdown but then it goes back.
Anyone had this issue?

This problem exists both under Windows and MacOS

I'm having the same issue with a GC-Alpine Ridge card. Did you ever find a solution?
