Well, I found a solution for my ati, and its running smooth.
From What I can gather most of 5xxx and 6xxx series are usable on 10.9, you just have to tinker with some kexts.
I will post how I did it when I'm done.
Now the only thing left is SSDT, with causes all 8 cores of my cpu to run at 2.2GHz, resulting in immediate overheating :/

OK, good to know that you got your GPU working but remember that this thread was about USB keyboard and mouse not working

When this happened to you were you able to use your keyboard to choose the language first? I'm having an issue where I can get the keyboard to work on the language selection dialog but then freeze when I get to the OS X Install screen. If so, can you explain exactly how you fixed it? Thank you.
