gateway nv57h and snow leopard help

hi guys i am trying to install lion in my lap but as you know you must first install snow leopard i am able to actually install 10.6 with iboot and retail dvd but after that nothing i mean i am able to install easybeast but after reboot it crashes and i am not able to boot the system just the apple logo loading and then a black line on the top and that's it nothing more i also tryed to update first to 10.6.8 without installing multibeast but with the same result however if i don't install any of those i am able to reboot in the system using the iboot disk any help??

hi i wondering how you were able to install osx i cant get past the install screen on the same laptop thanks in advance
