(SOLVED) GA-Z97-D3H, 4.3 i7, GTX 970, Dual monitors, long white pause before desktop loads

Hey everyone.

My new build is running pretty good except for one thing... there is a long white screen before the desktop loads... I have tried a ton of MultiBeast configs and nothing seems to help.

my new build consists of: GA-Z97-D3H, 4.3 i7, 4GB GTX 970 FTW+, Samsung EVO850 SSD, 32 GB 1600MHz ram, running dual monitors.

this is rather annoying and I would love it if someone had a fix.

NOTE: I do not have this long pause while running just one monitor.
