GA-Z87MX-DH3 solved

I can't get the network to work with my ga-z87mx-dh3 board, on MOJAVE it works perfectly with appleIntel1000e.kext, but I can't get it to work on VENTURA.

any ideas?
I have tried with intelMausi.kext, appleIGB.kext without getting any results.

I use OC 0.8.2

After rebot many times ethernet is OK
