GA-Z77X-UP5 TH and... Help

Ok guys, I'm very new to hardware and of course Hackintosh. So I've decided I will probably go along with the GA-Z77-UP5 TH with an i7 3770k processor. I plan to use Mountain Lion. But my major question is what kind of GPU will be supported with ML, support multiple displays, games like Skyrim, Arma2, Battlefield 3 and be appropriate for Cinema 4D and Adobe CS.

Also I've come to understand that mobo Bluetooth chips are not compatible with Hackintosh, is that right? Is the LAN chip on this compatible or will I need that too?

Let me know what you guys think, I'd really appreciate your feedback.

P.S. The mobo isn't a solid decision, just what I'm thinking, overkill? Is there a more appropriate alternative that still fits my needs?

It depends on how many displays you want. For 3 and 4 displays I highly recommend the HD6870 with 5 ports layout. If you don't need just 1 or 2, nVidia cards are great alternatives too, GTX 5xx and GTX6xx series.

LAN works well.
