GA-Z77X-UP5-TH / 3770K - Monitor weirdness

I've had this mobo for a while now and just started playing around with Thunderbolt.

I'm trying to get 3 displays working on the HD4000, 1 through HDMI and 2 through MDP adapters on the TB ports.

I can get either the HDMI monitor to work or both of the monitors on the TB ports, but never all three. Any ideas?

The monitors are all Dells - a 2405FPW (1920x1200 via DVI-D), a G2410 (1920x1080 via DVI-D) and a 2409W (1920x1080 via HDMI).
