These are the parts i could find in the local retail:

GigaByte p/ Intel GA-Z77M-D3H LGA1155
Intel Ivy Bridge Core i5-3450 3.10Ghz 6MB LGA1155
EVGA Nvidia GeForce GT 640 2GB DDR3 128 Bit

HD Western Digital SATA3 500.0GB 7200RPM Caviar Blue
SSD OCZ VTX3-25SAT3-60G, 2.5" 60GB SATA III

Drive Sony Gravador DVD+RW AD-7280S 24x SATA
12GB RAM - Kingston 4GB 1333Mhz DDR3 (x3)
Corsair ATX 500W

D-Link Wireless N150 PCI Adapter (DWA-525)
Leadership Micro Adaptador Bluetooth 0352

OS: Lion/Mountain Lion

Here come some doubts:

1) Are the parts compatible?!

2) Will everything works? Graphic, Audio, Restart/Sleep, WiFi, Bluetooth..

3) The performance - I'll work with Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign CS6 - is it fine?

4) I'm not sure about the 3x4GB of RAM. Should I use only 2x4GB?

I can't spent much more because i'll also have to buy a monitor and apple's magic mouse and keyboard.

Thank you.

1) Yes
2) Audio will not work - VIA chip is unsupported. However, if you will use a modified DSDT and HDMI cable to your display and if your display has onboard speakers, then you can get audio via HDMI.
3) Will work OK
4) The board is set up for dual channel memory with 4 slots - rather than 3x4Gb use 2x4Gb or get 2x8Gb

i'll be using DVI for the monitor.

So, should i look for another mobo? i found those:
GA-H61M-DS2
GA-H77-DS3H
Z68MA-D2H-B3
or maybe an ASUS?!

tks
