GA-Z77-DS3H OSX 8.2 ML "No output devices found"

Hey,

I've just completed a fresh install of Mountain Lion.
My second hackintosh which has different specs to those in my user details.
Mobo: GA-Z77-DS3H (BIOS F8)
CPU: i5 3570k
GPU: Asus GTX 560 ti

The audio will not work. I've used MultiBest to install ALC 887/888b -> v100302 Current codecs. Before this I installed the ALC898 codec mistakenly. Could there be a conflict due to this? I've scoured the forums but can't find any potential solutions.

Clean install, use MultiBeast 5.0.2/Audio/Realtek ALC8xx/Without DSDT/ALC887/888b_v100302.
