Hi There!

I've been hitting the wall on how to get the HDMI audio to work on my build. Hope this isn't a repost, I've been sifting though quite a bit and haven't found a solution.

I just updated to Mavericks, and have attempted to use the award_hd3000 manual. I believe the mother board is a series 6 (z68), but in my IO the display shows up as pci_bridge@1 instead of PEG0@1.

I've attached a copy of my IO and the DTSD that I compiled thus far, if anyone has any knowledge on getting this kind build running i would be very appreciative!

Your dsdt has been edited incorrectly or damaged. Download a new copy from DSDT Database.

Note for anyone using this setup - I threw the raw F10 DTST (downloaded from the database) into the Extra folder, then rebooted to get the IOreg back to normal. I was then able to verify that my device was PEG0@1 and HDEF was 0x79, 0x03, 0x00, 0x00

I didn't have to alter anything in the hdmi_audio_award_hd3000.txt just applied the patch, compiled and saved.
Also, I didn't need any editing of the .kexts.... just got rid of the HDAenabler1.kext
