ga-z68m-d2h - New SSD and its slow! HELP!

so i just rebuilt my system with a new Corsair 60gb force gt connected to a sata 3 port on my ga-z68m-d2h motherboard and im getting terrible results in blackmagicdesign disk speed test.

89.6 mb/s write and 453.5 mb/s read

what gives?
