I saw that too. Not sure how it happened. (I thought I read that UniBeast would delete all other copies)

I think that it might overwrite an existing old version but it won't hunt down any additional copies / versions.
Suggest you check the kexts folder on your USB and /System/Library/Extensions and /Library/Extensions on your hard drive.
