GA-P67A-UD4-B3 ethernet stops working after a few hours...

Hi -

My network connection drops after a few hours of idle time. To restore it I have to reboot or 'sudo ifconfig en0 down' -> then 'up'. I have tried all four choices in Multibeast 6.0 for network, same result for all.

Any ideas?

i'm having the same issue... started happening with mavericks and multi beast 6.. I'm using intel ethernet connection.

running mavericks 10.9.2 on ga-z87mx-d3h and i5-4670k, same problem: ethernet stops working after some (unknown approximate) idle time

same here... seems plenty of people having the same problem (i've seen quite a few posts about it) but no real fixes shown yet? I saw one suggest updating the bios, but he did not post back to say if that helped or not

Just updated the bios this morning, haven't had any problems yet but I'll check back if anything
