GA-H170N-WIFI power on unintentionally

I was able to install Seirra 10.12.2 successfully with working WIFI, Bluetooth, Sound, and Sleep Mode <dart=0 darkwake=8>. No issue on power on and shut down the machine. However, after turning off the computer (Apple logo>Shut Down...) the computer automatically turn on\bootup itself as soon as I click any key in the keyboard or mouse movement.

Have anyone encounter this behavior with GA-H170N-WIFI w/Intel HD Graphic 530? Any idea if it is related to BIOS setting. (Wake up LAN, Keyboard, and Mouse are currently disabled).

I'm having same problem with that mother board started with El capitan and now it's on High Sierra and some thing.
have you been able to resolve this? I updated the bios but didn't help. it's like the bios settings change or it's not shutting down right. like it's in sleep mode. I don't have this problem on my other board a H97N-wifi
