GA EX58 UD5 PRO AUDIO optimized bios settings

Hi All,
i can't find the optimized (for pro audio production) BIOS settings for my GA-EX58 UD5
I need it because i notice a strange behaviour on my build , when i work with logic pro 9 sometimes i notice some slow performance and the processor monitor shows full scale .
My configuration is following :

GA EX58 UD5
INTEL i7 930
GIGABYTE NVDIA GTS 250
RAM 12 GB CORSAIR XMS3 DDR3
SSD 500 GB Samsung EVO

Hi. Do you have another internal (fast) HD for your audio data?

yes i have 3 hard drives,first is for OSX only on SSD the second is for recording audio (1tb 7200 ) data and the third is for the audio library (1tb 7200 )
