GA-EX58-UD5 Built power-off not always shut power completely

Hi All

My built or to better say my second Hack built is:
GA-EX58-UD5
XFX Radeon HD5770 DDR5 1GB
Intel i7-920 2.66Ghz

Now everything seems to be working fine

However when I power-off this system sometime it shut just fine sometime the displays goes off and I believe that the actual OS X shuts but the fan power and the system stays on. It seems some possible Bios related issue, could that be possible?
