I just wanted to post this for my own information to go back on and maybe help others. I had to run several trials during the MB installation to get it right but right now everything works perfectly.

Thanks for sharing.

My UD3L is rev. 1.0 and the downloaded DSDT has a file name as DSDT-GA-EP45-UD3L-1.1-F9. Is that a problem?

Will see when I try installing Mavericks on it. :headbang:

Better late than never... I got around to upping my GA-EP45-UD3L rev1.1 "MacPro" to Mavericks 10.9.5 finally. It took me about 4 or 5 days of trial and error (and research), 2 hour each evening, before I stumbled upon the correct Chameleon/Chimera commands:

-f -v PCIRootUID=1 ncpi=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=Yes

... and IIRC, I may have gotten it to work w/ -x instead of -f ...

I used my rev1.1 DSTD.aml, and then... just like "whipuras",

nVidia 8400 GS (no snickering - I don't game, just develop!)
SATA HD
6GB RAM
Atheros 9380 PCI card (from NewEgg)

Sound works
Network works (Bonjour, iCloud, Wake-On-LAN, Back-To-My-Mac)
AppStore works
Sleep works
Restart works
...everything in Mavericks works!

I did have to delete the network interfaces at first, delete a plist here or there, and re-add the network interfaces, in order to get the App Store and iCloud to work.

Also,I had to make an edit to the /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist. It now reads:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">

EDIT: Changed the video card to nVideo GT520 1GB - works great.
