Pentium processors are poorly supported in macOS; if supported at all. The onboard graphics probably are not supported.

Yes, ok. Tested on Feb 26, 2017 (El Capitan 10.11.6 & Sierra 10.12.3)

yes you can instal Sierra 10.12.4 , but internal Graphics will work with bugs. For a normal work you need install external graphics card (Nvidia or Radeon)

Copy and replace files from attached H110M-H folder to your flash installer, it may help.

Attached folder base on GA H110M-H, Pentium G4560, NV GT730.

My NV GT730 is natively supported, NV Web driver not need, yours may not.
Try add Clover boot flag "nv_disable=1"

You may try attached config.plist, copy and replace to flash installer.

If ok, uncheck "nv_disable=1" from config.plist and install latest NV Web driver.
