Nice Quicksilver! I just got mine and was wondering where you got the plain back panel? I have one from an old mAtx but it only has 4 slot openings and therefore is too short.

You should be able to just leave the original brackets in the case and mock something up to hold the ATX I/O shield.

I might be able to get my hands on a G4 case these days, and I'm thinking about something like this,
your build however looks pretty much perfect.

Not yet perfect but much better I think.

Which direction is that bottom fan blowing? Did you make holes in the bottom and have it blowing it in?

Yeah, bottom fan blows in and I did the hole.

Beautiful job! I am always interested to hear about temps on G4 cases. How is the cooling working out for you?

Cooling works out quite good, but could be better.
Graphics Cards temps with Uniqine Heaven goes up to 75 C and CPU temps with Geekbench Stress Test (CPU idle 5%) goes to 78 C.
