It is asking you to pair a bluetooth keyboard. This is covered in the guide. Please read it.

Also o used -v mode, but all that i saw was some booting path and later some ui id. It stuck for about 5 min, then those images comes up.

Normal. Booting the installer from USB is not quick...

Omg. i need only press some btn on keyboar
im installing now
 
I cant see my disk at disk utility. Only my usb.
As i understand now i need format my drive nad use it to install os to there.
disk1 - size 5.4gb
disk2 - size 1.29gb

ah, it was becouse of AHCI was disabled in bios.
 
I have problems with wifi kext
i have Intel® Centrino Wireless-N2230. google says its unsupported at all. Any solutions ?

Yes, of course. OS X has limited support for only the WiFi cards listed in the link provided.
