Frustrated with Intel HD Graphics 3000 on High Sierra

Hi i am currently having issue with h.264 hardware acceleration on hd 3000. Even though i installed Lilu + IntelGraphicsfix + whatevergreen, I still can't get the hardware acceleration with my rx570 and intel hd 3000(i5 2500k). So anyone can help me???
I am currently on high sierra with imac 14,2 smbios

but in the hackintools, it shows that my intel hd grapics 3000 have 0mb vram although i have set 1024mb vram in bios
