Freezing at "DSMOS has arrived"

Hi, I'm trying to install Lion on my Gateway ID49C07u laptop using UniBeast. I checked the laptop support box when creating the USB drive, and when I try to boot the installer, it hangs at "DSMOS has arrived." The laptop has an Intel Core i3-350m processor, Intel integrated graphics, and 4 GB of RAM. If Anyone has any suggestions on what to do from here, it would be greatly appreciated.

I feel really dumb now. All I had to do was boot with "cpus=1".

I have the same laptop model but with P 6100 Cpu I am tring to install lion with unibeast but stuck on acpi_smc_platformplugin....start for real..... timed out...I have tried all the flags -v -x -f -F -cpus=1 PCIRootUID=1 but cant get to the install screen....SL 10.6.7 is working fine......I am not tring to hijack the thread but posting for help becz u have the same model as me ......acer id49 motherboard on it ..... Thanx ....
