Freezes and Semi-Freezes after Official Nvidia Driver Insall

Well, ever since I installed the new retail 270.00.00f01 drivers from NVidia I face some total random freezes and semi-freezes(when it's working but extremely slow and partially unresponsive), I do have everything workin great, OpenGL and OpenCL, full QE/CI but these freezes are annoying as hell, I'd be doing something(not even loading the graphics card) and it just hangs, sometimes the mouse still moves and sometimes it doesn't. Does anybody have any thoughts about this ??
