This is my first hackintosh 100% functional, I will detail my setup.
I use my PC with Windows for gaming since late 2014, I installed El Capitan in dual boot and currently Sierra.

The installation was very easy without problem, but my screen working only with HDMI port not with DisplayPort. I downloaded the Sierra 10.12 on my MacBook Pro and made a bootable USB using UniBeast. After installation I used MultiBeast and EasyKexts.

MultiBeast

• Quick Start > UEFI Boot Mode (provides Clover bootloader and FakeSMC)
• Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > ALC1150
• Drivers > Network > Intel > AppleIntelE1000e
• Drivers > USB > Increase Max Port Limit
• Customize > System Definitions > iMac > iMac 14,2

Wifi et Bluetooth

After that, I removed the Wifi and Bluetooth combo card (BCM4352) and installed Apple original card BCM4360 in PCIE adapter.
The Wifi 2,4 & 5GHz with the Bluetooth works, also Continuity, Handoff and Instant Hotspot !

iMessage

For iMessages, I used iMessageDebug on my MacBook Pro for get my ROM and MLB and paste in Clover Configurator, its works nice.

Boot Sound Chime

I bought a ISD1820 card for play boot sound as a real Mac. I used an old internal speaker of PowerMac G5.
The integration into my case is not completed, but it works.

Hi, in motherboard bios select default setup and disable vt-d. I use Clover with Multibeast (check my first post).
The only difficult is the wifi/bluetooth intern card, but it's possible
