Forced reboot? Acer Aspire S3

Prepared a unibeast USB and when trying to boot on my Acer Aspire S3, it restarts itself ... confused as to why

I've tried an assortment of flags already -.- it's getting annoying

If I use -v it seems to restart itself when it starts writing the CPU stuff.

i have the same problem with my dell mini 10v it is atom i used to be a massive hakintosh user i had a 1000$ system but i have a imac now but soon as i had some spear hardwre i though i would try it.
i put in iboot then put in mac disk then hit f5 then selected mac disk then reboot?

so much for my mini media pc!
