Hello,
My MSi Gaming X RX 480 8 GB causes artifacts and screen garbling when at low clock speeds/idle. In windows, I can fix this by using MSi AfterBurner in unofficial overclocking mode to force max clock speeds, but there is no way to do that in macOS. The problem also goes away when running graphics-intensive tasks. I've tried flashing the bios with an edited one that has all clock speeds set at max, but that doesn't fix it in either OS (the clock speeds don't change, and the artifacts are still there). Is there a way to force max clocks speeds on my GPU (ideally avoiding something like running a constant stress test or RMAing it)?
