Fonts Not Being Displayed Properly in Safari?

There seems to be a problem with fonts being displayed in 10.7.3 with Safari on my computer. I just did a clean install on my PC and the first thing I checked was my website: http://www.theandrewhollis.com/#2c2/bandcamp.

The fonts appear to be rendering much nicer on my MacBook Pro.

Any ideas guys? This is definitely a legitimate glitch when running OS X on a PC. I just did a clean install on my MacBook Pro to verify it. Also, the website displays the same way on my friends PC running OS X, poorly.
