Hey all,
Just discovered an issue with the common Focusrite 2i4 USB 2.0 audio interface.
Output audio quality is fine. Input audio however sounds granulated, almost like it's been bit crushed down to 8bit or below. This is the case when using either mic or line input on the box. Issue occurs at both supported sample rates (48K and 44.1K).
Problem seems to be happening on both Mojave and High Sierra.
USB on my machine is correct under the 15 port limit with a proper fully updated kexts and SSDT patch.
Using the clover version 4674
The unit works perfectly on a real Mac
Has anyone else run into this issue?
