focusrite 4pre how to install?

Hello. sorry for my english, I'm italian. I have a problem with how my focusrite 4pre works in my hackintosh. the sound card has the thunderbolt connection. my motherboard is the Asus Z170-A I connected the thunderbolt ex 3 to have the thunderbolt connection. When I connect the card to the PC, the pc do not recognize the hardware. Can someone help me?

Do you see the thunderbolt port in About My Mac->System report?
Does your motherboard have native TB port or do you have an add-in card (in this case need to be supported by your motherboard)?
Is it working in the windows partition?
As far as I know, you need to enable it also on bios (try to play with TB bios settings and see what happens).

I have the Apline ridge adapter for my mobo, but I had to be careful with NVMe slot to use for the disk, because one of them had pci-express lane shared with 4x slot mandatory for TB card...
