So .. Every time I open the sound device selection menu (speaker at top right of the screen)
THIS happens.

It might happen spontaneously too but rarely.
THAT screen is connected to the HD4600 via DVI.
Another screen which is connected to the Radeon HD 4600 will do the same .. if .. the fridge kicks in.
Power issue ?? kext issue ??
I'm lost.
