That is most basic thing, this is not my problem, I only try to help enable IGPU VGA port + DGPU multi display, see post # 10 and # 14, VGA really work with DGPU, look carefully at connect type at attached png

Thats not what i asked you. VGA is not supported in OS X/macOS no Mac has it or uses it. Only Digital outputs are supported i.e HDMI, DVI, mDP, DisplayPort.

VGA is not supported in OS X/macOS is not a reason, it clearly work, why people don't accept VGA.
For example, Apple have add some restriction on DVI and HDMI (both are digital port support by Apple), now it need lilu and Intelgraphicsfixup to solve the problem.

Currently, with 0x193b0005 VGA can with QE/CI and no need lilu and Intelgraphicsfixup, kext, you just need to try, do I need post more to proof VGA work.

VGA does not have native support in the operating system.
It can be made to work in certain configurations with additional kexts etc but it remains unsupported by Apple and what works today may well not work tomorrow.

I agree, this time has a leaks but it can be simply blocked, just change a code then no longer work again, it start work from 10.11.4, as I tested 10.13 still work. Now I tested IGPU VGA + DGPU VGA, it work.
