I DID IT!
It was quite easy to be honest.
Didn't had a single KP. HD 4000 works perfectly. Thank you Tony!
However, some things do not work yet. Some USB ports do not work and obviously I have no audio.
Well, screw that for now, I'm on ML baby

This board surprised me as well.
As a matter of fact I had a Mountain Lion install running on Core 2 Duo E8400 on top of a DP35DP Intel MB.

I swapped it with this board + an ivy bridge processor, and Mountain Lion booted successfully only without audio and networking.

I've ran MultiBeast 5.0.2 in order to install the kext for the network card (Atheros). 5 minutes work.

And I got the sound working using the following kexts (and instructions - took me about an hour or two to wrap my head around the errors):

(I've written in the comments what additional steps I needed to make in my own particular setup).

Anyway, I haven't expected that only a couple of hours after installing the MB + proc I would have a fully functional Hackintosh. Even on Windows there would've been quite slim chances for one to switch the main-board without requiring a full OS reinstall.
