FIXED: no audio after 10.7.4 update (even in system report)

Hi! In 10.7 my audio was still working but after updating to 10.7.4 I have no audio anymore. I don't see any devices in sound settings and in "about this mac -> system report" there's "No Built-in Audio.". Can anyone help me?

Specs:
Asus P8P67 (ALC 892)
i5 2500K
GTX 560ti

I have patched my own DSDT with P8P67 patch and ALC892 patch from olarila.com. Also, I have tried several different combinations of Multibeast audio kext installations with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

I fixed it! I'm gonna leave it here anyway since many others seem to have trouble with this too, so here's what worked for me:

-I patched my DSDT again for patches I chose P8P67.txt and another ALC892.txt from olarila.com, this was in the misc section. Here's the link: http://olarila.com/Patches/Misc/ALC892.txt
-I booted and after that, I still didn't see any devices in sound settings and audio still didn't work but I saw stuff in "system report / audio"
-I ran Multibeast choosing ALC8xxHDA and AppleHDA Rollback
-then I booted again and after that, I have audio again!
