Hi peoples, :)
I am an avid Mac user of almost 6 years and am in the market for a new computer, yet i didn't want to have to fork out another $2,000+ for a computer that will not offer the same longevity and future proofing, of a pc. And so i turn to Hackintoshing!
I've been reading up on the compatibility of various hardware configs and have come up with something that i think will work. Would i be able to have some confirmation of my build below and some suggestions for a decent video card (discrete) that can handle Crysis 2 (on medium or better) and is preferably under $150.

My build specs are as following:
Processor: Intel Core i5 3570K (3.4GHz with turbo boost @ 3.8GHz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws-X 16GB 240 pin PC3-10666/DDR3 1333
SSD: OCZ Vertex 60GB SSD
HDD: Western Digital Green 1tb 3.5" HDD
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I (inbuilt 500w PSU and front card reader with 1xUSB 3, 1xUSB 2 and 1xMic in/line out)
Graphics: currently looking at Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Optical: Liteon IHBS312 12x internal DVD/CD burner

Some other questions i have:

1) Should the 500w PSU be enough to run my computer or should i get something larger to make sure?

Thanks in Advance for any answers received! :D:thumbup::thumbup:

Yes, 500 W is fine.

Thanks BM!!
Do you think i will run into too many problems during install with my mobo?
Ive been looking around and i havent found any references to DSDT's for this particular Motherboard.
Will this cause any problems in the long run?
Thx,
J_dog
