I'm planning to build my first hackintosh in a few days and would like to get some feedback on the components I've chosen (any bad choices, incompatibilities, etc).

Here I go:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77-DS3H http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128547
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116502
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 760 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125466
RAM: Corsair Venegance DDR3 1600 2 x 8GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233299
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147248
HDD: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840
Case: Nanoxia Deep Silence 2 (couldn't find it on newegg) http://www.anandtech.com/show/6742/nanoxia-deep-silence-2-case-review-less-of-what-we-needed
PSU: Seasonic S12-II 620W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096
DVD Burner: LG GH24NS95 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136259

Here a few questions/concerns I have been having:
Besides the Gigabyte Z77-DS3H I have only been able to find the Z77X-UP4-TH and Z77X-UP7, both of which seemed a bit more expensive than I'd have liked. I wouldn't mind more USB 3.0 and SATA 3 connections. I would like something in between the DS3H and UP4-TH price wise. Is there a good alternative that won't require much tweaking and tinkering afterwards (as this is my first Hackintosh)?

I'm buying the boxed version of the i7-3770, as I'm not planning to overclock. Would a better CPU cooler be worth it? Would an 3570K with a good cooler be a better choice? I could eventually overclock it if I ever needed more power.

I'm planning to install Mountain Lion on the SSD and have one of the Seagate HDD be a media drive, while the other Seagate HDD would serve as base for a Windows 8 installation. Any problems there?

Any feedback is welcome and I don't mind small changes to the overall budget +/- $100.

I thought on updating you guys on the final list of components I went with. I just ordered the parts last night and can't wait for them to get here. I'll take plenty of photos of the build process and will post in the user builds forum once I've accomplished my mission.

Here is the final list of components:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H (while there seem to be some issues, mostly related to sound with this board, I think it's nothing I can't handle and it is significantly better than the GA-Z77-DS3H I planned to get originally)
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770
GPU: MSI GTX 760 Hawk 2GB (basically a overclocked 760 that keeps relatively cool and quiet)
RAM: Corsair Venegance DDR3 1600 2 x 8GB CL9
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
HDD: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB (7200rpm, 64MB Buffer)
Case: Nanoxia Deep Silence 2 (Black)
PSU: Seasonic S12-II 620W
DVD Burner: LG GH24NS95
