First Hack Project: Could you guys double-check the spec?

Looking to build a pretty cheap mITX system to replace my ageing Mac Pro 1,1. Am I good for Yosemite?

Mobo: ASUS H81i-Plus
CPU: Intel Core i3 4150
GPU: GTX 660 (Gigabyte factory OC'd)

I'm pretty sure here are a couple of people using Asus mobos, I'm not familiar with those boards. In my case I will go Gigabyte route.. But otherwise looks good.
