Your post was made not so long ago so it is normal that it remains unanswered yet.

As to your question, yes, I believe your system should work with Snow Leopard (10.6), Lion (10.7) and Mountain Lion (10.8). My old build used a similar motherboard and it ran Snow Leopard and Lion well.
