or around $900.

Is it good ? I'm already on max budget.

Uses : Video Editing, Gaming

Dual boot W8 & ML 10.8.3.

Any suggestions ?

WD green drives are a PITA with the boot0 error trying to install Chameleon / Chimera boot loader - better to get a WD Black if you can swing it pricewise or go with the WD Blue for same price - http://www.nanokomputer.com/product_info.php?cPath=30&products_id=613

Just so you know, the 7950 you link may / may not work if the device ID is not in the new Apple driver .plist - you are out there on the bleeding edge of newness.

Your setup looks ok i think. But I would prefer an equivalent Gigabyte motherboard for compatibility reasons since Gigabyte motherboards are the most suitable for running OSX with minimum effort and almost all of their devices are supported natively.

Personally, I would disagree.
ASUS and MSI boards are just as compatible and in some cases superior to Gigabyte. I don't see flashing the BIOS with a patched one for ASUS/MSI as any different than flashing the Gigabyte BIOS to get a fix for problems with the earlier BIOS.
