First build, please review

Here's my first planned build and would really appreciate if some of experienced users could shed a light over my choices and hopefully avoid any bad pick.

Case:

BitFenix Comrade Wit

CPU:

Intel Core i5-4690K

Board:

Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H

RAM:

Crucial Ballistix Sport XT BLS2C8G3D169DS3CEU 16GB

Storage:

Samsung 850 EVO 120GB
Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003, 1TB

Video card:

EVGA GeForce GT 740 2GB FTW

PSU:

Scythe Mugen 4 PCGH Edition

You've listed a CPU cooler (Scythe Mugen 4) under your PSU heading, but assuming you're using any decent PSU (e.g., Corsair, Seasonic) and you've checked all the physical clearances (e.g., GPU length), your list looks good to me.
