first Boot Crashes 10.6

After I installed 10.6.3 from my mac os x disk. I can't get the first time boot the load. any ideas? It says the file system was changed and then refuses the new kext.

CPU: intel i5-760
GPU: EVGA Nivdia GTS 450
RAM: 4GB dual channel
MB: MSI-P55-GD65

500GB SATA hd
LG cd/dvd burner SATA drive

I have Windows 7 on a separate hd.

What method did you use to install?

I used iboot 3.1.1 to install
