Intel has listed a special edition socket LGA1151 processor dubbed Core i7-8086K, which can reach up to 5.00 GHz out of the box, without the need to overclock. It will be compatible with the 300-series chipset.

So the rumor of a 40th anniversary 8086K appears to be true. I can't use though since I don't have a 300 series motherboard. And the 5.0GHz is the maximum turbo frequency, not the stock frequency.
