Firewire PCIe Card for Sound

My build is i7-8700K, ASUS Z360-F Gaming, Gigabyte GTX 1070 8GB , RAM: 16GB Corsiar Vengeance.

I recently load Firewire PCIe card which shows up as Firewire, but doesn't seems to connect. Any help?

@davidmaria, What is the make and model number for you FW card?

i don't know it make,.. but its active in firewire parameters but not shown in pci

Problem could be with your Firewire cable!!!

I had the same and thought my FW card doesn't work! If you see it in Hardware-Firewire then card is recognized.
