Firewire 800 Card stopped working. Any ideas??

I have this card firewire 800 PCIe Card.

It was working just fine until today.
I tried plugging in my drives... and... nothing!??
Any ideas by those more skilled than me would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same card. Have you checked in system information/firewire to see if it shows a firewire bus with your drive plugged in? Lights on the drive?

edit: Just saw your post about installing 10.7.3. Haven't done that and will definitely wait. Even Macintosh computers are having issues.

I copied back my os/user from another drive I was cloning my main drive to.
It was running 10.7.2
firewire still not working. not even working for the firewire 400 built into the motherboard which is the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3

Same problem here with this motherboard.
